Claim Submission Procedures

Technical difficulties in printing are always a nuisance. When paper is involved, the process of substantiating a claim can add to the inconvenience. This information is intended to simplify the process by providing guidelines and procedures for documenting and submitting claims for prompt evaluation. It relates to all grades of sheet and web paper sold and distributed by Glatfelter, including coated and uncoated printing papers, cover stocks, ledgers, carbonless and other business papers.
